Shipping
All products ordered between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Delivery of your product will be dependant on the courier you choose and the type of service requested. If the product that you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail by the next business day. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail that confirms the shipment. If your product is shipped via courier the e-mail will also provide you with the shippers tracking number so you can monitor your product on its way to you. PitchPipeFactory.com cannot guarantee delivery of your product. Once the shipper has picked up your product it is the responsibility of the shipper to deliver the product to you.
Returns
All requests for return must be pre-approved by PitchPipeFactory.com. In general any unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. If the product has been opened and you ship it back, you will not receive a refund of any kind!
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel any order prior to shipping. To cancel an order send an e-mail to sales@pitchpipefactory.com quoting your order number or call (954) 462-1911.
